WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it’s in as-new condition with all original tags attached. Returns can be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To qualify, items must:

1. Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Be uncustomized—items with initials cannot be returned.
3. Be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
4. Include all original tags and packaging.

If you choose store credit, you’ll receive an additional 10% of the item's value.

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@grams28.com. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and all refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy, and returned items will be assessed by our exchange department upon receipt. Items that do not comply may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Returns are not accepted on pre-ordered items sold at a discount or products marked as "final sale." Additionally, items with modifications or custom monograms cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Once an order is placed for these items, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn for any reason.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

To initiate a return, please email us, and we will provide you with a shipping label. Returns sent without prior notification will be refused. For your protection, we recommend insuring all packages with a tracking number, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and cannot process refunds for items we do not receive. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 14 business days of receiving the return. Please complete our Return Form and include it in your return package.

RETURN COST

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
