    CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

    We cannot change your shipping address once your order has been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

    For UK and EU orders, All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price, no extra fees on delivery.

    The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) streamlines VAT obligations for businesses selling imported goods to EU buyers. In compliance with new EU VAT regulations, we're integrated into the IOSS system. For EU countries, the displayed prices already include VAT and duties, and we handle tax settlements with authorities, freeing customers from additional VAT and customs clearance fees.


    About UK VAT:

    Since establishing our presence in the UK, we've registered our business in accordance with UK VAT laws. For all orders to the UK, the displayed prices include VAT and duties. We take care of tax settlements with authorities on behalf of our customers, eliminating the need for buyers to pay VAT and customs clearance fees imposed by the transporter.


    For the rest of the world: 

    You have to settle your tax and duties with FedEx when you receive your order. 

    What is dispatch date?

    At GRAIN100, our sought-after products are crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The dispatch date provided is an estimate, as each handmade item requires careful attention to detail.


    While we aim to ship on time, if your order hasn't shipped by the estimated date, please reach out to us. We're dedicated to providing transparent updates on your order status.

    What happens if I have both in-stock and pre-order items in my order?

    Your entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. However, if you prefer to receive certain items separately, we can accommodate that for an additional shipping fee.

    Order shipped to wrong address:

    We cannot take responsibility for failed delivery attempts resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses. Any extra costs incurred to rectify such issues will be your responsibility. Please ensure your address information is accurate to avoid shipping problems.

    What IF I REJECT THE SHIPMENT?

    We understand that duties and taxes can affect your purchasing decisions, and we aim to keep these costs low for a better international shipping experience. Please note that failure to pay these fees will result in order cancellation and a refund, minus the initial shipping costs, return shipping fees, a $10 handling fee, and any associated penalties.

    For example, if your total payment is $110 ($100 for items + $10 shipping), and the return shipping fee is $14, the customs penalty is $12, and the handling fee is $10, you would receive a refund of $64 ($110 - $10 - $14 - $12 - $10).
